Customer Service Portal for the wave.Suite
With the launch of a fully digital customer portal for the wave ERP by i.syde, Leapfrog supports public water utilities in offering modern, user-friendly customer services. The portal not only provides convenient access for end users – it also ensures compliance with the Online Access Act (OZG) and significantly streamlines internal workflows.

Streamlined Digital Service Processes
The new customer portal gives citizens easy digital access to key services in the field of water supply, including:
Applications for house connections
Submission of meter readings
Changes to contract and billing information
Access to invoices and contract documents
And many other digital self-service features
In addition, the portal enables utilities to centrally manage and conduct meter reading campaigns. The legally compliant delivery of administrative notices is also fully supported in digital form.
A particular benefit for utilities lies in the management of indirect dischargers: In combination with the wave ERP, the portal enables a digital indirect discharger register and fully digitized monitoring and compliance processes, including documentation, communication, and reporting.

Deep Integration into the wave Ecosystem
The portal is fully integrated into the wave.Suite – the central ERP platform for public utilities, including modules for customer management, consumption billing, meter operations, and technical asset management. Via secure interfaces, the portal communicates in real time with the ERP system and related apps like the warehouse app (WAVE.LApp), work order app (WAVE.AzApp), or meter change app (WAVE.ZwApp).
